The stunning house was designed by the famous Spanish architect Tonet Sunyer & was built in 2001.It has superb views of the port & Club Nautico and indeed the whole of the bay.
It is a very modern house designed on two levels with carrera marble throughout and clever use of Tosca sandstone( a local fossil-embedded sandstone) and all of the facilities expected in such a contemporary house.
